KITCHEN. Fully equipped with high quality crockery, cutlery & kitchen ware including a kMix food processor, a slow cooker, a Nespresso machine & aeroccino.
LOUNGE. Spacious with a large screen Smart TV, comfortable seating, feature windows & inglenook fireplace.
OUTDOORS. Private south-facing, lawned garden and covered terrace with stylish garden furniture and views to The Langdale Pikes. A secluded woodland running alongside the garden is home to a family of deer, a multitude of garden birds, barn owls and squirrels. The large mature grounds of the Hall are also at your disposal - perfect for croquet, badminton, football etc.
WALKS. A number of superb walks begin nearby, including the easy ascent of Orrest Head with spectacular views to Lake Windermere from the top.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL. There are many thoughtful touches including shelves full of local guide books, & maps, local artwork & a Peko Eco drying cabinet (just in case it rains!).
DOGS. Well behaved dogs welcome. Dog washing facilities, dog towel, bowls & Beautiful Joe’s dog treats all provided.
BIKES. Secure bike storage on site.
CAR PARKING. Designated car parking for 2 cars with plenty of additional spaces for visitors.
